Welcome to Baby. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our romantic companion tools and premium services.

1. Entertainment Purpose Only

All content generated by Baby—including love scores, compatibility reports, and poetic insights—is provided for entertainment purposes only. These results are not scientifically validated and should not be used as the basis for significant life decisions or professional relationship counseling.

2. App Usage & Intellectual Property

Baby grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use our tools for private, romantic expressions. All app designs, logic, and curated template libraries are the intellectual property of DevGenius.

Prohibited Use: You may not reverse engineer the app, attempt to scrape our local databases, or use the generated content for commercial sale.
Local Storage: You acknowledge that Baby processes data locally. We are not responsible for content loss if you uninstall the app or clear your device cache.

3. In-App Purchases & Access

We offer tiered access plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) to provide an ad-free experience.

Billing: Transactions are handled securely via the Google Play Store. Payments are charged to your store account upon confirmation.
Non-Renewing Access: Subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed duration. They DO NOT automatically renew. Once your access period finishes, you can manually choose to purchase another plan to continue the ad-free experience.

4. Third-Party Ads & Services

The App displays third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. We also integrate SDKs from Meta and Firebase for analytics. Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these third-party integrations as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVGENIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

6. Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App for violations of these terms. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
